Event AV production for Toronto.
Production audio, stage lighting, and multi-camera show-calling for the events that have to land — galas, conferences, AGMs, and performances. Run by people who've actually worked the room.
An event lives or dies on whether the room can hear, see, and follow what's happening — and whether the moments that matter hit on cue. That's production: the mix that keeps a speaker intelligible over a live band, the lighting that makes a stage read on camera, and the show-calling that puts the right thing in front of the audience at the right second.
We provide event AV production across Toronto and the GTA: Dante-native production audio, LED and conventional stage lighting, projection and in-room screens, and multi-cam show direction with a real run of show. Whether the room is a hotel ballroom, a sanctuary, a theatre, or a tent.
We come with the discipline of a broadcast environment — templates, cue sheets, and a plan — so the event runs like it's been done before, because it has.
What we bring to the room.
Production audio
A Dante-native mix for live reinforcement and broadcast at once — speeches, panels, music, and a live band, all intelligible.
Stage lighting
LED and conventional fixtures to make a stage read for the room and the camera, from a single podium to a full performance.
Multi-cam show-calling
Live direction with a real run of show, so the screens and the stream follow the program instead of chasing it.
Projection & screens
In-room confidence monitors, IMAG, and content playback for slides, video, and lower thirds.
Crew coordination
We bring a right-sized crew and coordinate with your venue, AV house, and planners so the day has one clear plan.
Streaming add-on
Any production can carry a clean live stream to YouTube or a private feed, switched on site with redundant uplink.
Why planners trust the day to us.
- Run-of-show discipline from a weekly production environment — cue sheets and templates, not improvisation.
- Professional Dante networked audio: the hard part of most events, handled properly.
- A right-sized crew of about five covers most galas, conferences, and AGMs end to end.
- We've produced events featuring NYT-bestselling authors and other high-profile speakers.
- We know the failure modes of tricky venues — hotel ballrooms, weak uplinks, live bands — and plan around them from the start.
Questions, answered.
Do you provide the equipment or just operate it?
Both, depending on the job. We can bring a full production package, tie into the venue's in-house AV, or work alongside another vendor — whatever gets you the best result for the budget.
Can you handle a hotel ballroom with no dedicated internet?
Yes. Ballrooms are a known quantity for us — for streaming we bring our own bonded or backup uplink rather than relying on house Wi-Fi, which is usually the weak point.
We have a live band and speeches. Can you mix both for the room and a stream?
Yes — that's a core part of production audio. We build a mix that serves the room and the broadcast simultaneously, rather than a feed that works for one and fails the other.
Can you show the program on screens in the room and stream it at the same time?
Absolutely. In-room confidence screens or IMAG plus a live stream from the same multi-cam setup is a common, well-supported combination.
How big a crew will be on site?
It scales to the event. A crew of about five handles most galas, conferences, and AGMs; we'll right-size it so you're not paying for hands you don't need.
